Shigar Desert

Sarafrangah also known as Shigar Desert lies at an altitude of 2226 meters along the Indus River. Being so close to confluence of Shigar and Indus River; its probably the silt, left by decline of River Levels centuries ago. Recently its been a sensation among tourists for variety of adventures it offers. Apart from the annual Jeep Rally one can experience Motor Gliding, Quad Biking and Jeep Safari. Ideal time to visit is golden hour so you can witness sun dipping into horizons of cold desert.
