Satrangi Lake

The Seven Coloured Lake

At an altitude of 3400m, Satrangi Lake is about a half hour drive from Naltar or Snow Leopard View Point. Sat Rangi means ‘seven coloured’  as the name suggests its a rather rainbow coloured lake, variety of algae growing all around adding up to the uniqueness of lake.

In early or late winter its contrast against white snow is worth hiking few hours from Naltar.
