An early start from Islamabad (or midnight from Lahore) and a drive through the Kaghan Valley to Kiwai. From Kiwai, a jeep safari takes you up the snow-covered mountain road to Shogran. Arrive by early afternoon, check in to Pine Park Glade, have lunch, and take a gentle walk around the snowy meadow to watch the sunset over the Himalayas.
